Last night was great! Thanks Everyone!!

Everyone, I just wanted to say it was great to see you all at the banquet.. Want to thank all of you for coming out and supporting us..thanks to everyone that helped out and to everyone who that brought a covered dish...also to those of you who brought stuff for the auction. Again special thanks to Artie , Heather and Shelby for securing and decorating the hall. It is very much appreciated..I hope everyone had fun..."I know I did.". Great people and great food...what more can you ask for...Can't wait to get the season started...thanks everyone that paid for your pit spot and to the people who purchased raffle tickets...These tickets will be on sale until the drawing May 6th...(we sold 5 so far and hope to sale a few more by then). Again, anyone wanting to secure there pit spot, please send payment by March 7th..This gives us time to rent out prior to the seasons start if you no longer want the spot...We have had a good bit of inquiries this year...Hopefully, that is a good sign of a good season...good night and God Bless. -Tim

Friendship Raceway's Pre-season Get-together is this weekend!

          I am so excited to get to see you all this weekend! We will begin by 6pm at the Alladin Shriner Hall (Steubenville Shrine Club)!

• Almost everyone is bringing some kind of side dish or desert so we should have lots of goodies to eat.  
• A police officer will be on the premises so the party is BYOB style!  It will be a good time - for sure!
• We will talk about the upcoming season, rules, and classes... that sort of thing. 
• We will play some racing games!  Actually, we run an elimination race on a practice tree!  Two at a time, players will test their reactions.  Best RT wins the round and we will continue round after round until we have a winner.  I may be mistaken, but if I remember correctly, Jr Dragster racer, Shelby Glover won the game last year. 
• We will have a Chinese Auction with several prizes! An FR t-shirt, an FR hat, a couple FR vinyl decals, and then some racer must haves, a circuit tester, a 15" tool bag, a 51 pc socket set, a pliers set and more.  I'm pretty sure Wendy Turner handmade a nice wreath for the ladies and Peggy Klinesmith put together a basket of tools to be in the Chinese Auction.  

You will also be able to pay for your pit spots and purchase raffle tickets for our Season Pass Raffle!   And of course we will be giving out awards to the top racers of last season's points program!

I don't know about you guys.... But I can't wait!  See you soon!

          Hey everyone!  I hope you all have been enjoying this warm weather we have been having! It's gets me in the mood for some racing!!  

          Since we are less than 7 weeks away,  I wanted to let everyone know about our Sponsorship & Advertising opportunities for the upcoming season!  We are going to have 3 different programs.  Quickly:  One is a T-shirt Sponsorship.  You sponsor our t-shirts ($100) and your logo will be printed on our track t-shirts!  Another option is to hang your sign ($400) or banner ($150) at our track!
